Eliane Boey (she/her) is a writer of speculative fiction, with stories in Clarkesworld, the Penn Review, Galaxy, Solarpunk, and others. She is a member of the SFWA and BFS. Her latest book is "Club Contango", a space-set murder mystery. Her previous work, "Other Minds", is a duology of cyberpunk and space horror novellas. 

Eliane read Philosophy at the University of St Andrews, and Interdisciplinary Humanities at New York University. She also has a business degree from SMU in Singapore, which was probably what got her a job at all.  She has a working knowledge of bulk cargo ships and ports, which continues to inspire her writing. Eliane lives in Singapore.
